KyzNet Pricing Policy

Please note that all prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

Free Consultation

At our initial free consultation we will outline what KyzNet can do for you and also ask you for an insight into what you want from your website. Depending upon your requirements, we will then provide you with a custom-made proposal.

Site Planning

Once you've accepted our proposal, we will meet with you to further discuss the creation of your website. This includes the 'look and feel' you want for your site, the message you're trying to get across and the information that you'd like included in your site.

We will invoice you for a 25% deposit of the total proposal cost to allow us to begin creating your site. We will invoice you for any outstanding money just before the site is put up onto the Internet.

Domain Name Registration

We charge a standard registration fee of $120 for .com, .net and .org domain names for two years registration.

The registration fee for a .com.au domain name is $140 for two years. Note that there are quite strict rules and regulations for registering .com.au domain names.

Hosting

We charge $35 per month for hosting a basic website. For more intricate websites (for instance those with shopping carts or secure order forms), we will provide you with a tailor-made hosting package.

We will invoice you for the first 6 months of hosting charges when we put your site up onto the Internet. Thereafter, we will invoice you every six months. Alternatively, you may choose to pay upfront for 11 months of hosting and receive one month FREE.

Site Maintenance and Customer Service

We recognise that it is very important to maintain a high level of customer service. We look forward to collaborating with you to ensure that your website provides you with an online presence that portrays your business as professionally and efficiently as possible.

Once your site has been developed and 'launched' onto the Internet, we will charge $50 per hour (with a minimum half hour charge) for the following maintenance services which include:

  • Adding or changing web copy
  • Providing additional e-mail addresses
  • Adding your site to Search Engines (other than those included already)
  • Adding graphics
  • Adding links to other websites
  • Monitoring your site statistics
  • Monitoring search engine positioning
  • Checking website functionality
