Hosting Packages

We charge AU$35 per month for hosting a basic website. This includes all of the services outlined above, as well as 50 megabytes (MB) of disk space, 3000 MB of data transfer per month and we will set up to 20 e-mail addresses for you. Should you require more than 20 e-mail addresses, please refer to our Pricing page for further details.

For more intricate websites (for instance those with shopping carts or on-line transactions), we will provide you with a tailor-made hosting package.

We will invoice you for the first 6 months of hosting charges when we put your site up onto the Internet. Thereafter, we will invoice you every six months. Alternatively, you may choose to pay upfront for 12 months of hosting and receive one month FREE.

Technical Support

We hope that once your website is up and running that you won't experience any problems. Should you require technical support, please e-mail us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

What happens if my site is really popular?

If your site exceeds the amount of monthly data transfer that you are provided through your hosting package, we will notify you and offer you the option to upgrade to a higher hosting plan. Please contact us should you have any questions.

Network Outages

Please note that on the rare occasions that connectivity with your website may be interrupted due to network upgrades, we will advise you as soon as possible to ensure your business is not adversely impacted.
